Job Summary
You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing Design processes, and ensuring the successful development and implementation of manufacturing technologies.
You will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise to advance our additive manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead additive manufacturing projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation.
Develop and optimize additive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Research, evaluate, and implement new additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and equipment.
Establish and maintain quality standards for additive manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, materials, and production, to integrate additive manufacturing into product development and manufacturing processes.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians within the additive manufacturing division.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in additive manufacturing processes, technologies, and workflows.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process specifications.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with additive manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
Manage relationships with additive manufacturing equipment suppliers, service providers, and material vendors
