Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow their banking business in Port Harcourt.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting banking products, and building strong client relationships.
This role requires a solid understanding of banking services and the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition and business growth
Promote bank products and services to individual and corporate clients
Build and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify market opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years’ experience in business development or sales within the banking industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
In-depth knowledge of the banking industry regulations.
Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
