Summary

  • We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Admin & Estates with 10+ years of proven experience to manage our estate operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil works monitoring, repairs, and maintenance

  • Manage estate facilities, utilities, and infrastructure

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers

  • Ensure cost-effective maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA, B.Eng or BSc Degree

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in administration and estate management

  • Strong background in civil works supervision

  • Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
