Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Admin & Estates with 10+ years of proven experience to manage our estate operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee civil works monitoring, repairs, and maintenance
Manage estate facilities, utilities, and infrastructure
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensure cost-effective maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA, B.Eng or BSc Degree
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in administration and estate management
Strong background in civil works supervision
Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
