Summary
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our Civil Department, responsible for cost estimation, project budgeting, and material planning.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil projects
Monitor project costs, timelines, and material utilisation
Liaise with contractors, engineers, and vendors
Ensure quality standards and cost control measures are met.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
Proven experience in construction cost estimation and project control
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
