Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Power team in Ogba, Ikeja. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, analyzing costs, and negotiating contracts for heavy-duty equipment and machines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers
Create financial reports and conduct cost analyses to inform procurement decisions
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate procurement plans
Utilize procurement software and tools (ERP) to manage procurement processes
Requirements
BSc/HND in Supply Chain Management or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, in the power sector or heavy equipment/machinery industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (ERP).
Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
