Job Title: Lead / Head, Data Governance (DM - SM)
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Overview
- Drive all organization-wide data governance activities and will be responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets.
- Establish and ensure adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- MSc in relevant field
- 10 years of equivalent work experience in the Data Governance field, ideally in the Retail Banking sector
- IT certification and other professional qualification related to Data Management, Governance such as DCAM
Desirable:
- IT certification and other professional qualification related to Data Management, Governance such as DCAM
Skills:
- Expert in industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
- Expert in data governance, business and technology issues, risk data architecture and technology solutions
- Consulting, operations impact and change management skills
- Internally and externally recognized and influential subject matter expert
- Agile Project Management Methodologies, database and BI/Machine Learning/AI concepts, Microsoft tools
- Critical Thinking, self-management and Relationship Building
Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
