We launched our first toilet in November 2011, and we now have a network of over 600 active Fresh Life Toilets run by over 300 Fresh Life Operators.

collected and converted over 8,000 tons of waste. At the same time, we have
built a team of over 250 people.

Summary: To create
compelling content for Farm Star customers and potential customers and to
organize the publishing scheduled within an editorial calendar.
Role &
Responsibilities
- Administrate
the research, creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality
content for small-scale horticulture farmers in Kenya.
- Plan
specific, timely marketing campaigns within an editorial calendar. Create
content within 3 months to last company for 6 months-1 year.
- Optimize
promotion strategies through iterative testing.
- Report
data on customer engagement to management.

Job Summary: The Operations Research Lead will be responsible for spearheading the Operational Research group at Sanergy.
In
partnership with the operations team, the successful candidate will focus on
three major areas: providing analytical support to operational teams,
management of user, customer and market research activities and, capacity
development of colleagues and junior analysts.
The major focus of the role will to create a team and structure that can enable sales, operational and support teams to make decisions and scale operations.
This will
require close collaboration with front line staff up to directors and will
enable the candidate to gain full exposure to the workings of the organization.
The
candidate should be able to gain user insights, develop easy to use platforms
and coach teams how to use data to make evidence based decisions.
The
candidate should have the capability to design qualitative and quantitative
research projects. The research skills can be applied to support sales and
operations to provide insights into users, customer or market behaviors.
The last
area is around building the capacity of team members and colleagues throughout
the organization to conduct high quality research.

Education

engineering)

experience with collection, transformation, quality checking and modeling
