Talent and Learning Manager Job in Kenya

An exciting vacancy has arisen and we invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Talent and Learning Manager.
 
Outline of the Role: Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the position is responsible for providing advice and implementing a full range of human
resource strategies and procedures, including managing talent resourcing, implementation of learning and talent initiatives and supporting effective talent and performance management across the organization.
 
Academic & Professional qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field
  • Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Membership to a professional body (IHRM)
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in Talent Management including resourcing, talent development and performance management; three of which must be in a management position in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
  • Work experience in a health care environment shall be an added advantage
