An exciting
vacancy has arisen and we invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Talent and Learning Manager.
Outline of
the Role: Reporting
to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the position is responsible for providing
advice and implementing a full range of human
resource
strategies and procedures, including managing talent resourcing, implementation
of learning and talent initiatives and supporting effective talent and
performance management across the organization.
- Bachelor’s
Degree in a business related field
- Professional
qualification in Human Resource Management
- Membership
to a professional body (IHRM)
- At
least 5 years relevant work experience in Talent Management including
resourcing, talent development and performance management; three of which
must be in a management position in a busy environment
- Ability
to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Work
experience in a health care environment shall be an added advantage
