years working experience in management position
- Knowledge
in Co-operatives will be added advantage.
- A
diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage

Assistant / Branch Manager
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Human Resource
Manager
Qualifications,
Experience and Competencies
- Bachelors
degree in Human Resources from a professional body or a recognized
institution
- At
least 3 years experience in a Human Resource position
- Sound
knowledge of a broad range of Human Resource Practices
- Sound
knowledge of labor laws
- Expertise
in performance Management systems and processes
- Knowledge
of contracting, negotiating and change management
- Ability
to analyze and assess training and development needs
- Experience
in working in an organization with more than 30 employees.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- Staff
management skills including training and staff development experience
- Honest,
a pleasant personality and willingness to go an extra mile
- Ability
to work independently as well as a in a team
- Working
Experience in a Sacco will be an added advantage
