Kimetrica
Limited is looking for a Procurement and
Corporate Services Specialist to join our
Operations team.
The
Specialist will manage the entire procurement process within the company, from
purchasing to inventory management and insurance.
This
position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Scope of
work
- Ensure
that all Procurement procedures are followed.
- Ensure
that all Kimetrica assets are appropriately tagged, tracked and
maintained.
- Ensure
that all Kimetrica assets are adequately insured, and handle all claims
relating to the same.
- Liaising
with Program managers to ensure correct and timely delegation of procured
assets.
- Manage
office security and implement full access control measures.
- Ensure
that the Kimetrica premises are clean, attractive, safe and comfortable for
employees and visitors.
- Supervise
the Office Assistant and Logistics Office/Driver.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2
years experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s
Degree in a Business related field (or an additional 2 years of similar
work experience)
- Excellent
IT skills and familiarity with cloud computing and ERP systems
- Highly
organized, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and handle a
variety of tasks simultaneously to meet various deadlines.
