We are
seeking to hire a COO to lead the effort towards expanding and developing our
business footprint in East Africa.
Job Summary
- Provide
dynamic marketing and business leadership to position an emerging
Communications company at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop
a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to
promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
- Oversee
company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality services, and
cost-effective management of resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The COO’s role is a dynamic position that encompasses management and marketing responsibilities for an emerging communications enterprise that is seeking to establish itself as a competitive market player.

he role
will be both highly demanding, and very exciting – providing an opportunity for
the incoming COO to participate in defining, and building a strong and
resilient brand.
The COO
will have a wide berth of responsibilities; primary among these is the
development and execution of marketing and implementation plans; and expanding,
discovering and tapping into business opportunities.
The individual will also responsible for all external PR & Marketing events, and will be required to represent the company as appropriate to clients, internal affiliates, potential partners and other with successful closing rate.

Finally, as
team leader, the COO will oversee the activities of the team and ensure that
the company is on track to meet its financial goals, and that projects are
completed in a timely manner. He or she will also be responsible for motivating
and developing team through incentives and regular feedback.
