Job Description: Our client, a well established company in the
construction industry located in Industrial Area Nairobi, seeks to recruit an
eloquent, organized, time conscious, keen to detail, honest and confident
office administrator with basic accounting knowledge and atleast 1 year
experience in office administration. Our ideal candidate must be able to prove leadership and supervisory qualities.
Qualifications
- Atleast 2 years Experience as an administrator in a busy company.
- Should have atleast a diploma in Front Office Operations or any
related field.
- Should have atleast attained CPA section 2.
- Should be between 28 and 35 years of age.
- Should demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills.
Knowledge in speaking Chinese shall be an added advantage.
- Should have proper knowledge in use of a computer, especially word
and Excel
- Must be organized, dependable result oriented and a good time
manager.
- A team player and someone who is able to work under pressure.
