Role Profile: This position will serve
as the Head of Group’s financial operations.
Role and Responsibilities
Planning:
Planning:
- Plan for
adequate Cash and credit line. Closely work with Director, Finance
- Plan for
funds requirements
- Involvement
in Budgets and performance of budgets
Operations:
- Lead and manage
financial operations of the group.
- Manage &
Coordinate flow of timely information, approvals between SSC and all
units.
- Enforcement
of business plans for the period.
- Ensure
policies and processes are fully enforced across the organization and
complied mandatorily.
- Manage the
Finance team and their adequacy of skillset, training and development.
- Responsible
of cash flow management.
- Lead and
manage the receivables and payables functions.
- Manage
Company’s transactional processing systems.
- Responsible
for Group’s compliance management in terms of internal control, adherence
to set procedures, approvals, statutory compliances and legal compliances.
- Ensure
timely completion of Audits (External and Internal).
- Oversee the
administration through local Finance teams.
- Review and
approval of Proposal pricing from Finance department.
- Manage
Group’s Legal, planning (pricing and procurement) functions.
Financial information and reporting:
- Manage the
MIS and timely reporting and analysis.
Funding:
- Liaison with
Financial institution for corporate funding and management thereon.
Risk Management:
- Identify,
monitor and mitigate Company’s financial risks at various levels.
- Enforce and
manage reliable internal control systems.
- Maintain
appropriate insurance coverage.
- Ensure compliance
with legal and statutory requirements.
Other functions:
- Build and
maintain external relationship with Bankers, Auditors, Clients &
Suppliers
- Represent
the Group in the industry and keep update with the developments concerning
Finance and Industry in general.
Experience Profile
- At least 10
years of experience in financial management and budget development and
oversight in a Multinational organization with at least 4 years in a
senior position
- CPA (K) /
ACCA qualification
- Masters
degree - preferred
