Overall Purpose of the role is to :
Based in the Nairobi Office, the
person will report to the Assistant Manager HR.
In this role you will follow an
individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues
through immediate action or short-term planning.
Minimum Requirements
·
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business
related field.
·
A strong background in HR.
·
At least 2 years work experience in
HR
·
Commendable Financial Abilities
Job Specification
·
Ensure that all Front Office
Administrative Duties are handled with the attention they require.
·
Answering and Directing Calls to the
right persons while maintaining the company’s image
·
Assist with recruitment requests i.e.
short listing of staff, scheduling for interviews and help out with
interviewing of the shortlisted candidates.
·
Assist in payroll processing and
management
·
Processing monthly invoices to be
submitted to clients by the last date of every calendar month
·
Sourcing for candidates and
maintaining the company data base
·
First point of contact on dealing
with employees concerns and offer solutions to all their concerns
·
Taking minutes and ensuring that all
action points are followed to the later
·
Ensuring that all monthly statutory
deductions are paid in good time
·
In charge of sourcing for PPE’s
suppliers and the distribution of the same to employees
·
Organize all company events and team
building activities
·
Any other duties assigned
Competencies
·
Attention to detail.
·
Experience in Handling
Outsource Management/Operations will be a definite plus
·
High sense of confidentiality and
attention to details
·
Excellent interpersonal skills, well
developed communication skills with high integrity
·
Ability to make quick decisions and
work under pressure - prioritizing
·
Effective time management with
ability to work under minimum supervision.
