Essential Responsibilities:
Because you're
smart, creative and persistent, you see business opportunities that others
miss. And you also know how to charm gatekeepers and demonstrate your knowledge
to CEOs in a way that immediately earns their confidence.
As a business
development professional, you will prospect, present and close business in our
targeted and preferred vertical markets.
You will call
and talk to these decision-makers about innovative HR consulting services that
every small- to mid-sized business in Kenya needs.
And because
everything we offer can be virtually custom designed, you'll be able to devise
solutions that companies simply cannot refuse.
We are looking
for 3 to 10 years of experience in a quota-driven sales position, preferably in
a strategic (non-commodity) sales environment (technology, outsourcing,
business products, services or HR solutions).
Individuals who
are well established in their community and foster strong relationships with
business owners. Proactive sales professionals who have perfected the art of
relationship based sales of intangibles.
A great
communicator with excellent presentation skills.
