Works Engineer
Lewa Wildlife Conservancy (LWC), based in Isiolo Kenya, is an organization which works as a catalyst for the conservation of wildlife and its habitat.
This position reports
to the Works Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and
coordinate Lewa construction projects.
Requirements include:
- A Higher Diploma
in Building and Civil Engineering
- Knowledge and
proven experience in:
- Bill of
quantities
- Construction
Budgets
- Project planning
and management
- Building design
( AUTO CAD and Arch CAD is a must)
- Have basic
Knowledge on electrical installations, water engineering and solar power
installations.
- Basic knowledge
on borehole sinking and equipping.
- Be able to
support high work pressure loads.
- Be ambitious,
team player, honest, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work
unsupervised.
- Be ready to work
with different communities.
- Have at least 3
years post qualification experience in a similar position.
- Aged between 25
and 40 years old.
- Experienced
driver.
- Ready to take up
the job immediately.
