Production Manager Job in Kenya


Bilashaka Flowers Ltd is a leading grower and exporter of roses and a grower of hybrid tomato seeds. We are based 31 kms from Naivasha town along Moi North Lake Road.

For our Tomato Seed Production which is expanding rapidly, the following vacancy has arisen:

Production Manager Tomato Seeds

Qualifications
  • Age from 30 yrs and above
  • Education: diploma or degree in Agriculture and/or Horticulture
  • Minimum of 5 yrs experience in seed production
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Able to make good reports to the upper management and the customer
  • Able to coordinate a team of over 200 workers
  • Train workers on all seed production operations
  • Computer literate
