Our client a supermarket based in Nairobi and is seeking to
recruit aSupermarket
Supervisor.
Main purpose of the job is to monitor all aspects of the supermarket operations as efficiently as possible and achieve maximum sales and profitability.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesMain purpose of the job is to monitor all aspects of the supermarket operations as efficiently as possible and achieve maximum sales and profitability.
- Supervising the
supermarket attendants and all assigned work activities
- Develop and
nature good customer relations
- Drive
initiatives in the management team that contribute to long-term operations
excellence
- Organizing for
purchases
- Handling
customer complains
- Handling
promotions and merchandising activities.
- Inventory
management
- Any other
administrative duties .
Required Education and Qualifications
- A minimum of
diploma in sales and marketing
- Experience in
sales especially in a retail shop or a supermarket a must.
- Ability to
supervise
- The candidate
should be very organized and keen to details
