luxury camp in the Mara is looking for aCamp Manager.
We are looking for a qualified individual who brings the following to the table:
We are looking for a qualified individual who brings the following to the table:
- Holder of a
diploma or degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum of 2
years experience operating a tourist establishment i.e Hotel or Camp
(preferably bush experience)
- Should have
food and beverage experience and must have the ability to actively
initiate information on menus, food presentation, taste etc.
- Should be
able to promote bar sales, control stock and have knowledge in suggesting
various wines and cocktails to clients
- Must be a
people person with a great personality, welcoming and a great host
- Should be
able to trouble shoot and deal with client related problems efficiently
and on the spot
- Must be able
to deal effectively with all HR related issues, leading to a
motivated, effective team
- Must be a
team player who is just and fair to all but firm
- Write
reports to the Management in Nairobi and handle all financial transactions
To
