Job description:
- Provide an
efficient support service (e.g.) issue or raise invoices, requisition and
sourcing of items.
- Petty cash
management
- Procurement:
stationery, Office equipment, miscellaneous.
- Ensure that the
company is at par with compliance in government regulations/ requirements.
- Ensure VAT
compliance and returns and monitor taxation issues
- Renew licenses
and insurance for vehicles and also co-ordinate vehicle repairs.
- Banking
transactions
- Support senior
management by providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company
policies, procedures and documentation.
- Personal
assistant to the C.E.O
- Maintain the
company’s non-employee records
- Manage quality
and cost control
- Provide document
and telecommunication management
- Gather, adapt,
store and distribute information within the company
- Any other duties
as may be prescribed by the senior management.
- Carry out human
resources duties
