Job Description
We are searching of creative minds that are excited about digital communication, social media, mobile and web applications.
We currently need a creative web designer to join our design team who has experience developing designs and creative solutions for the web with high level of autonomy.

You will join the creative and online marketing team, working in a collaborative environment to design and develop websites for a diverse group of clients.

- A digitally
focused web designer
- Detail
orientated and passionate about your craft
- Driven to push
yourself and the work
- Able to produce
a variety of output from design, interactive, video and score
- Well versed with
current web standards
- Able to design
using PHP, HTML, CSS, Flash and Mobile Web and all CMS .
- Able to
collaborate with clients, web masters and business analysts to create
designs
- Extensive design
experience in online marketing
- A portfolio of
both personal and clients’ commissioned projects you have worked on
- A passion for
the internet & social media
- Great
communication skills and ability to get details out of people
- Strong
conceptual ability and excellent design skills
Duties
- Design online
banners, landing page campaigns and conversion funnels.
- Work closely
with the online marketing guys to take loose requirements and turn them
into amazing creative that generates conversions.
- Transform your designs
from Adobe Creative Suite into ultra clean xHTML & CSS
compatible with the various popular browsers.
- Develop a
content management system and selected functional components using
Codeigniter and MySQL database.
- Leverage
creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages,
and campaigns for specific targets.
- Work with the
marketing team to drive key revenue metrics including click through and
conversions through targeting and creative optimization.
- Work with cross
functional team to develop and advance the creative and online marketing
team
