Human Resources Manager
Location: Nairobi
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this position will
partner with the business to provide professional HR advice to
senior management.
Education qualification & Experience:
- Masters degree
in Human Resources or equivalent qualification by experience
- Member of IHRM
of Kenya or any equivalent qualification
- 8-10 years’
Senior HR experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge

Marketing
Head – Usage & Retention

Reporting to Marketing & Customer Experience Director, this
position is responsible for U & R Enhancement of Voice, VAS
& yuCash products.
Experience
- B Com / BBA /
BSc; MBA or Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing / Operations
Management
- IT Support will
be an added advantage.
- 7-8 years in a
competitive telecom environment & 4 years in a senior position
managing U&R & Data analytics team.
- Experience in
M-Commerce, Telecommunications or Financial sector will be an added
advantage
Head – Acquisition
Location: Nairobi
Reporting to Marketing & Customer Experience Director, this
position is responsible for customer acquisition on voice & yuCash.
Experience
- B Com / BBA /
BSc; MBA or a Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing / Operations
Management.
- 7 years with a
Telecom operator with at least 3-4 years’ experience in Prepaid
Acquisition
- Experience in
M-Commerce, Telecommunications or Financial sector will be an added
advantage
yuCash – Business Development & New Product Manager
Location: Nairobi
Reporting to the Head of Core Products.
The position and will be responsible for the business
development and new product development of yuCash and related products.
Education qualification & experience required
- B Com / BBA /
BSc; MBA or a Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing / Operations
Management. CIM qualification is Optional
- 4-5 years in a
mobile money environment with focus on Key account management, tieups, new
product development, and technology innovation.
- Experience in
M-Commerce, Telecommunications or Financial sector will be added
advantage.
Sales
Regional Sales Manager
Location: various positions in Kenya
Reporting to the Sales Director, this position is responsible for:
Education qualification & experience required
- Between 8-10
years’ experience in a Sales environment, preferably in an FMCG company.
- Good knowledge
and experience in the telecom industry will be an added advantage
- University
Degree in a business related field Or a Diploma in Sales & Marketing
and/or Management.
- Clean Driving
License for more than five years
Territory Managers
Location: Various positions in Kenya
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the position will be
responsible for the following:
Education qualification & experience required
- A University
degree in a business related field or an advanced diploma in business with
extensive experience;
- 3-5 years hands
on experience in direct selling, preferably in an FMCG company
- Good analytical
skills.
- Good knowledge
and experience in the telecom industry will be an added advantage.
