Cellulant is looking to recruit a Business
Analyst with
strong Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an in‐depth
understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and IT Service management
reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
The BA will play a role in data warehouse development and will
be involved in validating source target mappings, extraction and transformation
and loading logic.
Reports Development
- Prepare
Quality of Service (QoS) Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and
annually)
- Improvement
of the existing reporting template
- Help
in the interpretation of the QoS reports to internal teams
- Offer
guidance in developing Customer QOS Reports
- Automation
of the QoS reports using a TBD framework
- Analyse
trends and recommend adjustments and/or capitalize on trends.
Skill Requirement
- Solid
analytical skills
- Strong
SQL skills
- Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills
- High
attention to detail concerning data accuracy and analysis
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- The
ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including
executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent
presentation skills
- Experience
with a reporting framework is a plus
- Demonstrate
an understanding of service delivery
Education requirement
- Minimum
bachelors in computing
Work experience
- Minimum
of 3-years’ experience as a business analyst
