A dairy processor requires to fill the following positions:
Operations Manager
The incumbent should be a highly motivated professional reporting to the
managing director. He must have 5 years team management experience in the field
of F.M.C.G. Experience in dairy industry will be an added advantage.Operations Manager
Some of his duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Overseeing a
staff of about 70 members
- Debt collection
- Making sure that
all the operations of the company move smoothly all the time
Sales Representatives
- Must have at
least 2 years experience in the marketing and selling F.M.C.G.
- Experience in
dairy industry shall be an added advantage.
Salesmen
- Must have at
least 1 year experience in selling and delivering F.M.C.G.
- Having worked as
a milk van salesman will be an added advantage.
