Kikwetu
Development Ltd (KDL) is a subsidiary of Home Afrika Ltd.
KDL
wishes to recruit suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
Project Manager
The
Project Manager will report to the Home Afrika Project Co-ordinator.
S/he
will be responsible for effective planning, budgeting, executing, and
monitoring of the project master plan.
They
will also co-ordinate the design and construction of small to midsize
sub-projects involving multiple cross-functional groups to deliver financial
success, timely implementation, quality results, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over five (5)
years of experience in similar position gained from reputable
organizations.
- A degree in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management from a
recognized University.
- Knowledge of
geotechnical zoning and site and construction management.
- Knowledge of
regulatory requirements for real estate development, consultants and
construction contracts and contract law, also highly familiar with construction
document preparation and administration.
- Demonstrated
problem solving skills, high integrity and accountability.
- Excellent
Interpersonal & communication skills.
Sales and Marketing Manager
The
Sales and Marketing Manager will report to the GM of Home Afrika.
S/he
will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring and reporting on the
sales and marketing strategy for KDL.
The
sales and marketing plan must be designed and executed to generate revenues in
line with the projects financial plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over five (5)
years of progressive relevant experience in a busy real estate firm, at
least two (2) of which must be in a senior role.
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or
equivalent from a recognized University.
- CIM or
equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Experience of
brand building and brand development
- Proven record of
high performance, integrity and ethical practice and,
- Excellent
Interpersonal & communication skills.
Accountant
The
Accountant will report to the Chief Group Accountant of Home Afrika and will be
responsible for managing KDLs financial plan, accounts and procurement.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three
(3) years’ experience in similar position.
- CPA(K), ACCA.
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Commerce, Economics or its equivalent.
- Proven record of
high integrity and ethical practice.
- Excellent
Interpersonal and communication skills.
