The organization is geographically located in Nairobi, Naivasha, Kericho, Mt. Kenya and Mombasa and works with 1,200 vegetable out growers and 10,000 tea out growers.
 
The Job
 
We intend to recruit a Roadbase Administrator to join our Workshop in Ibis farm - Mt. Kenya Region (Near Nanyuki, -Laikipia).
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Producing parts issue report and fuel consumption report
  • Managing Fleet licensing in accordance to the Traffic Act Of Kenya
  • Counter checking workshop receipts and IDN’s
  • Producing Fuel and Lubes report
  • Carrying out fuel consumption comparison
  • Chase daily mileage report Job cards status, private costing both in Fuel and Parts.
  • Chasing parts and fuel reconciliation
  • Generating stock reconciliation report and stock valuation report
  • Counter checking stock issues, Stock purchases and Local Purchases
  • Producing stock valuation and variance report
  • Generating vehicle-costing report.
  • Producing Workshop efficiency report
Desired Competences/Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT with stores knowledge and/or Diploma in Stores Management with good IT knowledge
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills,
  • 5 years experience in the same capacity in a busy Workshop will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Roadbase fleet management software will be an added advantage
