Reports To: Country Manager

Job Purpose

Work with the customer management teams and manage the overall customer cycle to sustain business growth and ensure proper application of CRM policies and procedure and the corporate CRM initiatives

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement CRM policies and procedures within corporate standards.
  • Structure CMTs according to segments and local needs to meet customer needs and capitalize on growth.
  • Maximize on commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective campaigns to attain business growth both organic and new.
  • Drive the penetration of shipping tools
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CMT
  • Set CMT targets and monitor CMT performance against set targets
  • Set CMT bonus parameters, and regularly calculate bonus as per station procedures.
  • Conduct market research and gather related information needed to drive growth and improve processes
  • To implement and follow up on the implementation of GSO initiatives to ensure adherence to policies and meet required goals.
  • Manage customer data and ensure its flow and entry to meet set standards

  • Adhere to all related policies, procedures documented and published under Infohub in the intranet.
Basic / Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • English proficiency
  • Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
