Supervisor
Medecins Sans Frontieres –
Switzerland (MSFCH) is a humanitarian medical organization providing emergency
medical aid to populations in need.
Location: Agok, South Sudan
Type of contract: 1 year.
Direct Supervisor: Logistics Team Leader
Scope of responsibilities:
- Supervision
of hospital logistics assistants (Hygiene team, storekeepers and cooks)
- Supervision
of contractors’ employed for small to medium construction projects
- Assist the
LTL (Logistics Team Leader) with the emergency preparedness plan
- Responsible
for monitoring and delivery of goods (fridges and cool boxes) to the
Medical Team and oversee the adherence of good cold chain practice by the
Medical staff.
- Assist
pharmacy with medical order deliveries
- Implement
the water & sanitation activities planned for the hospital and propose
improvements, if necessary
- Implement
hygiene promotion tools and ensure high quality of hygiene
- Ensure all
documents related to infrastructures, installations and equipment are
filed in an organized manner
- Safeguard
the MSF hospital to prevent loss or damage to persons or property
- Maintain
hospital storage, food, cleaning products, tools maintenance materials,
watsan materials.
Recruitment criteria:
- Diploma in
Logistics Management
- Experience
in hygiene activities in hospital environment.
- Minimum 3
years experience in the area of humanitarian field and MSF / INGO
experience is an added advantage
- Fluent in
spoken and written English
- Computer
literate

- Ability to
