We are an international training and consultancy organization offering corporate training services designed for individuals, and organizations working in the agriculture, climate change and environment; disaster management; education; food and nutrition; health; humanitarian relief; logistics and telecommunication; recovery and reconstruction; safety and security; water sanitation and hygiene sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify,
qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining
mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential
clients.
- Actively
research potential clients and maintain existing business relationships
through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and
resolving problems on their behalf.
- Develop
pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client
meetings.
- Monitoring
competitor activity and performance.
- Formulating
a sales and Marketing strategy.
- Accomplishing
marketing and sales objectives i.e meeting Sales targets
- Identifying
marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining
market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Provides
information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Qualifications and Experience as follows:
- Minimum of
Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum of 2
years experience in sales and Marketing preferably for corporate training
products (including cold call sales and Marketing)
- Commercially
driven person with a track record of meeting high sales targets
- Strong
affinity for the Services sector
- Excellent
oral and written communications skills
- Excellent Ms
Office skills
- Comfortable
talking to senior officials from both the public and private sectors
- A good team
player with respect for multi-cultural diversity
- Basic
knowledge of GIS and Remote Sensing, a good understanding and experience
of corporate training industry will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
A retainer salary of Kenya
Shilling 10,000 per month and a commission of between 5.5% to 10% on every sale
depending on qualification and experience.
