1. Summary
2.Description Of Duties
- Analyze the
market and identify ideal strategy for obtaining and growing market share
of the products in hand
- Undertake
new-product development upon carrying out market research and analysis of
consumer needs
- Manage
distribution channels and monitoring of customers performance
- Develop
plans in relation to promotional activities and sales management
- Undertake
marketing audits to monitor sales performance.
- Prepare
budgets and develop promotional and sales support materials.
- Plan and
coordinate the activities of the sales team and monitoring performance
- Formulation
and evaluation of sales targets,
- Train and
motivate personnel.
- To carry out
any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
3.Professional Qualifications
- A degree in
a business oriented course
- Five years
working experience in FMCG, at least 2 years in a similar position.
