Job Title: Training Executive.
Reports To: Managing Consultant.
Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet
client’s expectation.
- Make
presentations to our clients.
- Prepare
proposals for clients
- Prepare
quotations for clients
- Prepare
tender documents for bids
- Listening
to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sure that
you meet their expectation.
- maintaining
and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via
telephone calls and emails;
- calling
to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- acting
as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- gathering
market and customer information;
- challenging
any objections with a view to getting the customer to satisfied;
- Advising
on special training needs.
- reviewing
your own training techniques, aiming to meet or exceed expectation;
- gaining
a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- feeding
future training trends back to clients;
- Attending
team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues as well as
conducting team building.
Knowledge And Skill Requirement
- A
degree/diploma in the field related to training especially human resource
or public relation.
- Five
years experience in training field.
- 2
years experience in handling training.
- Candidate
should be a team player
- Ability
to work under minimum supervision
- Must
be self driven and able to meet deadlines
- High
level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a “can do” attitude.
