Projects Manager Classic Mouldings
Job Description:
Managing a team of 100+ administrative and technical staff in the execution of projects which include ceilings, decorative wall finishes application of floor and wall stone and specialist attic installations such as ladders, staircases and roof windows.
Strengthening and or implementing HR, stores, operations systems and procedure to increase efficiency and morale. Design and implement procedure sand systems to monitor, assist the execution of these projects.
Requirements:

Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction related subject
or posses relevant equivalent project management experience
·
Experience in multi discipline construction project management.
·
Proven ability to proactively manage technical interfaces and
accurately track construction progress on site.
·
Self motivated to drive the delivery of the project.
·
Proven written and verbal communication skills in both formal
and informal business environments.
·
Good influencing and negotiation skills with real ability to
influence management decisions at senior level.
·
Proficiency in the use of computer software related to project
management
