To begin baseline research of Identify fishing groups and
conducting a training needs assessments
·
To initiate actions aimed at bringing
collaborations/partnerships between fishing groups with Besi fisheries ;
·
To facilitate trainings to fishing groups members with
management skills and knowledge in getting organized and motivated;
·
To develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among fishing
groups with Besi fisheries ;
·
To assist the fishing groups in obtaining information and
knowledge that may be available through governmental and non governmental
agencies, through extension and outreach programmes;
·
To assist the fishing groups in capacity building in Income
generating activities, Environmental issues and Micro financing concepts.
·
Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities,
closings, follow-up and adherence to goals;
·
Make action plans and schedules to goals and to make a list of
necessary contacts;
·
Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field
activity;
·
Discover prospects and contact them with other accounts as
assigned;
·
Make payments and account for it;
·
Arrange schedules and make delivery of merchandise;
·
Establish and deploy special logistics activities to reduce
products in stock;
·
Help the company implement its marketing plans as required.
·
Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Know how to prepare and make fish recipes
·
Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities,
closings, follow-up and adherence to goals;
·
Make action plans and schedules to discover goals and to make a
list of necessary contacts;
·
Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field
activity;
·
Discover sales prospects and contact them with other accounts as
assigned;
·
Follow-up for collection of payments;
·
Arrange schedules and make delivery of merchandise;
·
Establish and deploy special sales activities to reduce products
in stock;
·
Help the company implement its marketing plans as required.
