Summary
Our client has been providing power generation in Africa for over a decade. Due to the growth of African economies and the lack of rainfall having a detrimental effect on the production of hydro-power, our client has been contracted by several state utility companies to supply power. Our client has also provided rental power in the booming oil and gas, mining and industrial sectors

Summary

To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through timely,effective and efficient completion of a depots’ administrative processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Effective and efficient handling of customer enquiries, and quotations to authorized levels.
Effective purchasing from third party suppliers, such as transport, fuel etc. and completion of LPO’s.
Compilation of daily Fleet Status Report and submission to Regional office
Compilation of weekly Hires in the Bag Report.
Compilation and monthly submission of ISO data to QHSE Coordinator.
Accurate and timely production of invoices and cost sheets during the month (for hires completed) and at month end (for on-going hires).
Compilation and submission of Inventory verifications.
Management of ‘credit’ available with cash hires to ensure no bad debts, and credit customers’ status approve by agent.
Assists agents’ staff with debt collection when required.
Liaison with agents’ staff for effective business practices.
Adherence to ISO 9001:2000 and QHSE policy and procedures.

2-3 years relevant experience in an office or similar environment
