We are in the distribution of FMCG. The following vacancies have arisen in the Organisation.
Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Nairobi
Reporting to; National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tier 1 stores
Generate relevant proposals on how to grow business across all brands in the assigned outlets
Ensure attainment of the set targets
Manage the various initiatives undertaken in the assigned outlets.
Ensure that the merchandising function in the assigned outlets, and in conjunction with the merchandising supervisor, is carried out as per the set retail and merchandising standards
Ensure timely and full payments due are received by the Company as per the prevailing trading terms.

Monitor and report on competitor activity in the assigned outlets.
Do monthly reports and any other reports as may be required by the National Sales Manager or any other senior manager
Sit in For NSM in his absence
Education & Experience
University degree preferably in Marketing/sales
Higher Diploma in Sales and marketing from a recognized institution with at least one year experience in a similar position.
Strong leadership and influential skills.
Driving Licence with continuous driving experience
Key Competencies
Must have both skills to lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication & reporting skills
Able to operate in a dynamic environment with high level of maturity
Team player with excellent problem analysis & problem solving skills
Net Salary :
Ksh 50,000 per month

Position: Regional Sales Managers (3 positions)
Location: Mombasa, Kisumu and Nairobi-Nyeri
Reporting to; National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Generating a marketing plan that addresses the vertical market opportunities within the respective geographical area.
Responsible for Management, technical and professional development of sales team, successful account planning and accurate forecasting as well as employee performance evaluations to develop and control sales, the employees’ performance and service programs.
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives and merchandisers in liaison with the relevant Managers.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service through continuous consultation with the departmental heads to secure information on customer specifications and preferences
Advise team members on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the business.
Provide input and develop, together with senior Management sales strategies for growing market share, improving profitability and sales productivity of all the brands in the region.
Provide regular reports as required by senior Management on sales performance, market intelligence and trends.
Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of computer systems, software and reports in order to achieve set objectives
Undertake any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor
Education & Experience
University degree.
Higher Diploma in Sales and marketing from a recognized institution with over five years experience as a Regional sales Manager.
Specific experience in creating strategic solutions with partners and Marketing is necessary. Strong leadership and influential skills with experience managing a diverse technical and sales team.
Knowledge of the geographical area an added advantage
Key Competencies
Ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level.
Ability to develop relationships with proven track record in managing & directing a skilled and motivated sales force
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication & reporting skills
Team player capable of operating in a dynamic environment
