Our client, small sized in the hospitality and real estate industry is looking to hire a Human Resource Manager reporting to the Group General Manager. The Human resource Manager will be responsible for all human resource activities for the Group.
The Primary Duties of this role will include:
HR administration, including development and implementation of HR policy, keeping confidential records, leave management, benefits administration.
Involvement in the development and implementation of HR strategy focused on assisting the business to meet its objectives
Management and review of the performance management process across the business
Administration of the company’s salary administration system.
Coordination of manpower sourcing, including the integration of newly recruited staff.
Management of the staff training and development function including carrying out TNAs, developing appropriate training interventions, staff career development, etc.
Manpower planning, including the development and implementation of career and succession plansInvolvement in the development and implementation of HR strategy focused on assisting the business to meet its objectives
Management and review of the performance management process across the business
Administration of the company’s salary administration system.
Coordination of manpower sourcing, including the integration of newly recruited staff.
Management of the staff training and development function including carrying out TNAs, developing appropriate training interventions, staff career development, etc.
Provision of people management guidance to line management.

Qualifications
A degree in a human resource management from a recognized university, or any other relevant degree with a postgraduate qualification in human resources management.
A minimum of five years’ experience working in a busy HR department. You will have a thorough understanding of HR functions and processes and broad generalist experience.
High level of computer skills especially in analysis tools including use of a human resource information system (HRIS), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The ideal candidate aged between 30 and 45 years should be highly results oriented, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to drive change and transformation. The salary for this position is Ksh 90,000 gross.
