My client a tours and travel publishing company wishes to recruit field sales and marketing representatives. Our company is one of the leading and most reliable guides to tourist destination in East Africa. With over 5,000 clients we are proud to say we only deliver the very best to our clients.
The candidate will have the overall responsibility of,
1. Growing advertising revenue by finding new clients
2. Selling classified ads only.
3. Building on relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Knowledge and skills required:
• University Degree.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing with over 3 years experience in Sales.
• Ability and readiness to work long and odd hours.
• Self motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to adapt quickly and easily to a changing work environment.
• Excellent client service skills and Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good understanding and experience in the travel business will be an added advantage.
This position is offering a retainer of Kshs 10,000 Our commission package is quite attractive.
