Company Profile: A multinational company that deals in the Manufacturing and Production of Nutritional and dairy products, coffee, tea, beverages, chocolate and confectionery
Reports to: Country Business Manager
 

Job Details
Main Responsibilities
• Assist the Country Business Manager with all sales analysis from the countries within the Equatorial Africa Region;
• Analyze the Beverage solutions performance;
• Conduct product fixed marketing expense (PFME) and Total Trade Spread (TTS) analysis;

• Provide sales data & statistics to Country Business Manager & the team;
• Coordinate and finalize pending issues with Free-On-Loan (FOL) customers;
• Ensure availability of machines stock and place new order whenever needed;
• Ensure accurate records for Free-On-Loan (FOL) machines and check their conformity with service agents;
• Coordinate customers’ requests and complaints received via phone or mail and forward them to the corresponding colleague for resolution.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies

• Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce degree in Sales, Marketing or related field from a recognized university;
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration, preferably with an FMCG background;
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and Ms Word;
• Person of integrity with high level of confidentiality;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills (articulate);
• Excellent statistical analysis skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills;
• Ability to drive results and obtain information from a team;
• Self initiative and proactive;
• Ability to multi task with good presentation skills.
