Job Details
Main Responsibilities
Management responsibilities will be to:
• Ensure sustenance of quality assurance programme;
• Coordinate compliance tracking
• Prepare monthly reports and quality reviews for the quality assurance function;
• Develop Co-packer and Co-manufacture quality system;
• Conduct quality assurance performance measure.
Functional responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinate the establishment and review of the Quality Management System;
• Plan and conduct GLP audits for factory & contracted external Labs;
• Coordinate mock recalls;
• Ensure IMS complaints for finished products are properly handled;
• Ensure quality KPIs tracking;
• Coordinate defect rejection projects for CI.
Competencies and Skills
• B.Sc.or MSc Degree in Food science / Microbiology/ Biochemistry or related courses
• Minimum 5 years experience in a food processing industry, preferably with an FMCG background
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills;
• Self initiative and proactive;
• Good analytical with ability to diagnose and creatively resolve problems that arise from time to time;
• A proven team player with ability to drive results;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
