Maintain a “whatever it takes” mentality.
Implement & manage affiliate marketing strategies
Manage current affiliate networks. Increasing the output of current affiliate networks through developing strong working relationships
Responsible for communicating with the affiliate networks
Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various marketing programs
Key Focuses:
Maximizing Affiliates
Sourcing and testing new affiliate revenue streams
Analysis and reporting of Affiliate revenue performance

Job Details
Affiliate Executive Responsibilities:
1. As an Affiliate Executive you will be responsible for the management of online affiliate programs.
2. Find new networks, create accounts, keep current accounts active through customer service "best practices" and develop new affiliate programs with access to needed marketing tools for their customer base.
Responsibilities Include–
1. Monitoring affiliate practices and ensuring compliance
2. Maintaining relationships with affiliates networks and other partners
3. Negotiating and reviewing affiliate advertising agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc.)
4. Monitoring tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an on-going basis
5. Generating campaign performance reports, providing performance analysis and executing on that analysis to ensure positive ROI
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Optimize all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new networks;
2. Manage affiliate relations, communication;
3. Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone, answering inquiries about affiliate program and best practices;
4. Critique and optimize affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis;
5. Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation;
6. Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential;
7. Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program(s);
Basic Customer Service
1. Affiliate Executive is to be the first point of contact for customers. Responsible for answering any questions the clients may have including information about marketing materials, financial information and any other questions.
2. Must keep clients happy and return calls and emails in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
1. Review and respond to inquiries from online publishers / networks / potential partners
2. Collaborate with networks/affiliates to identify and solve issues
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with networks, affiliates, and potential partners
4. Identify, contact, qualify, and recruit high-potential online marketing partners who are compatible with promoting clients’ offers
5. Maintain in-depth understanding of company technology and clients’ products and services
6. Develop communication strategies
7. Ability to prioritize and strategize based on corporate goals
8. Stay abreast of changes and trends in the online and affiliate marketing industries, identify best practices, and determine how to apply them to clients’ businesses
9. Additional duties as assigned
Necessary Skills:
· Must be absolutely trustworthy with money, customer and business data
· Reasonable technical skills: Understands links, redirects, HTML; able to build web pages with forms; able to work with spreadsheets and affiliate reports; able to work with us to build custom landing pages for highly productive affiliates as necessary
Necessary Requirements:
1. Retail experience with search engine, online advertising, and/or direct marketing strongly preferred
2. Experience with affiliate networks
3. Internet industry experience required
4. Knowledge of ecommerce and internet-based business models
5. Ability to learn new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
6. Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks (LinkShare, Commission Junction, Google ), search engine marketing.
7. Advanced analytical skills.
8. Must be fluent in English
9. Must be fluent in atleast one of the following languages - French, German, Italian, Spanish
Qualifications:
1. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Familiarity w/ SEM.
4. Must have proven ability to manage several affiliate programs simultaneously.
