Job Description

Multinational Internet Marketing Company Looking for HR Position
HR Executive
1 Full-Time position available
You must be a true “hunter” for talent, 90% of your time will be devoted to finding new employees to hire
Responsibilities:
A.     Staffing Support:
·         Find new employees based on requests from management

1.      The person will be responsible for screening & filtering CV's for Technical and Non-technical positions which includes
a.      Profile sourcing, screening and scheduling.
b.      Sourcing CVs through job portals, placement agencies, employee referrals, etc.,
c.       Scheduling & managing first level interviews.
d.      Passing on information of shortlisted candidates to HR Manager.
2.      Hands on experience in induction and taking care of new joiners.

·         Exit Formalities:
1.      Sending employee exit mails to all the concerned Managers and departments.
2.      Exit interviews and seeing through undergoing trends
3.      Conducting Exit Interviews
4.      Maintaining a database of the feedback and highlighting concerns to the Management.
5.      Providing the employee with the relieving letters, letter of experience, etc.

B.      HR Operations:
1.      Educate and respond to employee queries related to policies and guidelines
2.      Communicate with employees and employer on matters related to administration.
3.      Maintenance of personnel records and statistics of employee strength
4.      Other administrative duties like compliance of PF formalities, maintaining attendance records, leave records, etc.
5.      Taking care of attendance records.
6.      Maintaining Leave Records
7.      Maintaining and updating the employee database.
8.      Compilation of various reports.
9.      Assist HR Manager in all HR related activities.
10. Other activities as assisgned.

C.      Performance Management:
1.      Coordinate and collect feedback from the employees & their Managers.
2.      Maintaining the database of all the employees’ performance review dates & feedback.

D.     Grievance handling

Will be responsible for all other miscellaneous employee services

Job Details

Requirements:
A.     Experience:
1.      At least 10-12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2.      Must have worked in a similar capacity to handle all the HR needs of employees
3.      Experience in recruiting managing and retaining talent

B.      Computer Knowledge:
1.      Proficient in MS Words and Excel
2.      Ability to analyze and generate reports on basis of information available

C.      Education:
1.      Should be Post Graduate in Human Resource / Business / Psychology / Sociology

D.     Communication:
1.      Excellent written and spoken English
2.      Knowledge of more than 1 language would be an added advantage.

E.      Personal Traits:
1.      Independent, mature, with initiative and pro-active attitude
2.      Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
3.      Attention to details and good exposure in employee engagement activities
4.      Experience in listening to employee needs and being proactive about problems
5.      Excellent communication and people management skills
6.      Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach

F.       Important Requirement:
1.      Computer with Windows XP or higher version installed on it at home.
2.      A reliable high speed broadband connection at home.
