Job Description


Overall Purpose:
  • Provide support Services to Staff Training & Development function.
  • Ensure provision of effective and efficient HR Administration services in the organization.

  • Monitor and update all employee leaves expiry dates.
  • Ensure proper scheduling of all employees’ monthly working schedules is done by the departments.
  • Ensure compliance to the monthly minimum required hours for each employee is done prior to the start of any payroll period.
  • Generate the required payroll file for payroll processing.
  • Ensure all leaves, off office duties etc are factored in the system.
  • Handle all issues regarding time and attendance of all employees.
  • Liaise with departments for weekly overtime records.
  • Proactively track and report on daily attendance in relation to pre-planned monthly work schedules of ALL employees.
  • Assist in ensuring effective design and review of all Administrative Related documentations and process tools.
  • Provide support services in the administration of all employment contracts for General members of staff.
  • Provide efficient and effective Records and Format documents management in the entire department.
  • Provide support services in both HR Administration and Staff Training & Development Related functions.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Details


Requirements
Diploma or Higher in a relevant field with 2 years relevant work experience.
Highly conversant with HR administration practice.
