Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Work Type: On-site, with rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Job Summary
- Help make every visit to The Living Room feel welcoming and
memorable.
- You will guide guests through a menu celebrating local cuisine and
regional flavors, working with a fast-moving team that takes pride in
attentive, consistent service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage the full sequence of service through
farewell.
- Explain dishes, ingredients and pairings, recommending options that
suit each guest.
- Notice guest needs early and respond with warmth and discretion.
- Handle inquiries and resolve service mistakes promptly.
- Work with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering thoughtful, reliable dining service that makes guests
feel cared for and want to return.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in upscale dining or hotel service.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years.
- Strong command of the full sequence of service.
- Menu knowledge and the ability to make confident guest
recommendations.
- Warm, attentive guest communication.
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to demonstrate positive guest outcomes from previous service
roles.
