Job Title: International Bid & Tender Officer
Location: Jericho, Ibadan - Oyo

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-8:00 PM
About the Role
We
are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bid & Tender Officer to
identify international tender opportunities, coordinate with subcontractors and
suppliers, and prepare bid documents for submission.
The
ideal candidates should be research-driven, organized, detail-oriented,
proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tender
opportunities and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Research
and monitor international tender opportunities on platforms such as SAM.gov,
UNGM, UNDP, UNOPS, and the World Bank.
Review
opportunities and track requirements and submission deadlines.
Identify
and coordinate with suitable subcontractors and suppliers in relevant
countries.
Request
and compile technical and commercial quotations.
Prepare
compliance checklists and bid submission documents.
Ensure
bids meet RFP/ITB requirements and are submitted accurately and on time.
Maintain
proper records of opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
Requirements
2-5
years of experience in bid/tender management, procurement, contracts, business
development, proposal coordination, or a related field.
Experience
with international/UN tenders, SAM.gov, UNGM, UNDP, UNOPS, World Bank, or
FAR/UN procurement rules is an advantage.
Strong
research, writing, documentation, and communication skills.
Good
attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Reliable
internet and power supply for remote work.
Must
be available to work in Jericho, Ibadan, during the first month and remotely
thereafter.
Must
be available 2:00 PM-8:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Salary
N200,000
monthly, with potential for upward review based on performance.
