South Atlantic LNG West Africa Limited (SLNG) is an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas company developing a 20MMscf LNG facility, commencing with Phase 1 (5MMscf).

are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Ensure
the company's facilities, offices, equipment, and common areas are maintained
in good working condition.
Conduct
regular inspections of the office premises and identify maintenance
requirements.
Coordinate
preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor
the condition of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning systems,
generators, water systems, lighting, furniture, doors, windows, and other
facility infrastructure.
Report
faults, defects, damages, and maintenance requirements promptly.
Follow
up on repairs and ensure that work is completed satisfactorily.
Maintain
appropriate maintenance schedules and records.
Coordinate
emergency repairs when required.
Utilities Management:
Monitor
electricity supply, prepaid meters, electricity consumption, and related
utility requirements.
Coordinate
generator operations, servicing, fueling, and maintenance.
Monitor
diesel and other fuel usage and maintain appropriate records.
Monitor
water supply and coordinate replenishment where necessary.
Monitor
internet and other facility-related service subscriptions.
Ensure
timely renewal of essential utility and service contracts.
Identify
opportunities to reduce utility costs without compromising operational
efficiency.
Salary
N130,000
– N150,000 per month.
