Job Title: Experienced Accountant
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
Manage
the hotel's accounting operations, financial reporting and controls to ensure
accurate records and timely management information.
Responsibilities
Prepare
monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and cash-flow
forecasts.
Reconcile
bank accounts, guest ledgers, supplier accounts and daily revenue from rooms,
food, beverages and other hotel services.
Oversee
accounts payable, receivables, payroll accounting and month-end closing.
Monitor
operating costs, inventory values and departmental budget variances.
Coordinate
tax and statutory remittances, support external audits and maintain complete
supporting documentation.
Strengthen
internal controls and supervise junior accounting staff.
Requirements
BSc
or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
At
least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a
hotel or hospitality business.
ICAN
or ACCA qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency
in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and hotel property management or
point-of-sale systems.
Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity and ability to meet reporting
deadlines.
