The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was established by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to among other things organize elections into various political offices in the country.

- NYSC:
Serving Corps members
- Former
NYSC: Not earlier than 3 years before date of election. (i.e 2024, 2025,
2026)
- Federal
& State Tertiary Institution: Students in Penultimate year & students
in year 2 and year 3 of study.
- MDAS
(Federal and State): Permanent Staff with OND or NCE and on GL 07-10
- Federal
& State Tertiary Institution: Students in Tertiary institution
- MDAS
(Federal and State):Permanent Staff with OND or NCE and on GL 07-14
- MDAs
(Federal and State): Permanent Staff with OND or NCE and on GL 07-14
Basic
requirements:
- Applicants
must not be a political party member.
- Applicants
must not have demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or
party.
- Applicants
must reside in the STATE selected.
