Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and
technology-savvy Personal Assistant to the Managing
Director to provide effective administrative, coordination, and
executive support to the Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and
daily engagements.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other
logistics as required.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, and other
official documents.
- Attend meetings as assigned, take accurate minutes, and document
decisions and action points.
- Followup on assignments and directives issued by the Managing
Director and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and relevant
departments, staff, branches, depots, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic and physical
records.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence with a high level
of discretion.
- Assist with research, information gathering, data compilation, and
preparation of reports when required.
- Followup on operational assignments, including book printing,
stocking, and timely delivery of book titles as directed by the Managing
Director.
- Support staff mobilization and coordination for the timely execution
of assigned operational activities.
- Provide general administrative and executive support to ensure the
effective functioning of the Managing Director’s office.
- Perform other duties and assignments as may be delegated by the
Managing Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management,
Office Technology and Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related
discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower degree classification, subject to
confirmation of the required classification.
- 3 - 4 years of on-the job experience.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant,
Administrative Officer, or in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technology and digital skills, with the ability to quickly
adapt to new tools and platforms.

Salary
N200,000
- N250,000 per month (Depending on Experience).
