Summary
- We
are looking for a Marketing Executive to promote and sell a new
pharmaceutical product in Nigeria.
- The
person will be responsible for developing the market, building
relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors, and
achieving sales targets.
- The
role will require frequent travel across Nigeria.
Key
Responsibilities
- Promote
and market the new pharmaceutical product to doctors, hospitals,
pharmacies and distributors.
- Develop
and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals and
customers.
- Visit
hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions
regularly.
- Explain
the product, its benefits and usage to doctors, pharmacists and other
relevant professionals.
- Develop
new customers and identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Work
with distributors to ensure product availability and timely supply.
- Monitor
sales, stock levels and market activities.
- Achieve
sales targets and support the overall growth of the product.
- Conduct
market visits and collect feedback from customers and healthcare
professionals.
- Monitor
competitor products, pricing and market trends.
- Prepare
regular reports on sales, customer visits, market activities and feedback.
- Travel
across different regions of Nigeria, including major cities and other
markets, as required.
- Assist
with NAFDAC registration and related documentation and follow-ups whenever
required.
- Ensure
marketing and promotional activities are carried out in line with
applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Qualifications
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3
years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing is required.
- Good
communication and presentation skills.
- Good
understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Ability
to build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals
and distributors.
- Target-oriented
and proactive approach.
- Willingness
to travel extensively across Nigeria.
- Basic
knowledge of NAFDAC requirements will be an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 -
N300,000 / month.
