Work Days & Time: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Job Summary
- We are Hiring a Female Inventory Officer in Jabi, Abuja to
manage and maintain accurate stock records and support efficient inventory
operations.
Description
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all products.
- Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming stock.
- Track stock movement, sales, returns, and transfers.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system
records.
- Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or variances and
report promptly.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and stored.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide regular stock updates to
management.
- Use the company’s ERP system to update and monitor inventory
records.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred for gender balance.
- ERP management experience is a Must.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory, stock control, storekeeping,
or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Must be organised, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Salary
N100,000
/ month.
